Pay
Base pay: $60,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Additional compensation: Annual Bonus (ranges from $3,000 – $9,000)
Overview Boutique Wealth Management Firm in Dallas, TX serving high net worth clientele seeks a Paraplanner to support Private Wealth Clients and Advisors by taking initiative in planning support, meeting preparation, and plan administration.
The Firm provides sophisticated financial advisory and investment management services to high net worth and ultra high net worth clientele.
Responsibilities
Serve as a key planning resource for multiple advisors by owning meeting preparation and follow-up, including plan updates in eMoney, data gathering, and checklist management
Build, update, and maintain financial plans in eMoney; ensure data integrity and readiness for advisor-led client meetings
Coordinate new account opening and client onboarding on the LPL platform in partnership with operations
Maintain organized client documentation and deliver clear, client-ready summaries and action lists
Help advisors stay client-facing by streamlining planning workflows across offices as needed; participate in the growth of a dynamic, independent RIA

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years experience in Paraplanning and/or Planning Operations within Financial Services or at an RIA
Hands‑on experience with eMoney and a modern CRM (WealthBox or similar); familiarity with LPL systems preferred
Series 7 or 66 or Series 65; CFP coursework or designation is a plus, though not strictly required
