OpenArc Corporate Advisory is seeking a full-time Financial Advisor to join our growing Atlanta-based team. This individual will work directly with clients and firm leadership to deliver high-touch, personalized financial advice and planning solutions.
The ideal candidate combines professional expertise with a genuine commitment to client service — someone who values relationships as much as results. You will collaborate with experienced advisors and internal specialists to help individuals, families, and business leaders build clarity, confidence, and long-term financial success.
Responsibilities
Build lasting relationships with clients through proactive communication, trust, and consistent service Conduct client discovery meetings to understand personal goals, priorities, and financial circumstances Develop and implement customized wealth management strategies, including investment, retirement, and estate planning solutions Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, account administration, and ongoing service Prepare and deliver review materials, performance summaries, and financial updates for client meetings Stay informed on market developments and identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios and financial outcomes Maintain accurate records in accordance with firm, industry, and regulatory standards Contribute to OpenArc’s client-first culture by upholding integrity, responsiveness, and professionalism in all interactions Participate in firm initiatives and continuous improvement efforts as the business grows Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or related field preferred Series 65 license (or ability to obtain within a designated period) Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport and inspire trust Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems Preferred Attributes
Experience in financial & client advisory roles Demonstrated understanding of investment and planning concepts Analytical mindset and attention to detail Self-motivated with excellent time management and follow-through Team-oriented and adaptable in a dynamic environment Commitment to ethical, client-centered advice consistent with a fiduciary standard Your Career at OpenArc
