You will work directly with the Controller to ensure that all general ledger related accounting responsibilities are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities:
Prepare and post journal entries and general ledger reconciliations
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close processes
Reconcile bank, credit card, and other balance sheet accounts
Maintain fixed asset schedules and record depreciation
Process and track accruals, prepaids, and intercompany transactions
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports
Support audits by providing documentation and answering auditor inquiries
Help improve accounting procedures and internal controls
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
