Position Overview Tingue, Brown & Co., a global leader in commercial laundry products and services, is seeking an accomplished Regional Sales Manager to lead sales growth and customer success in the South Region (currently: Texas, Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, Mississippi, Louisiana). This role blends strategic sales leadership with hands‑on customer engagement, representing a company with more than a century of innovation and service excellence. You will lead and inspire a high‑performing sales team, foster strong customer partnerships, and execute sales strategies that align with Tingue’s long‑term growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Regional Sales Representatives to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Develop and execute territory sales strategies that drive sustainable year‑over‑year growth.

Partner with the National Account Manager and marketing team to identify and capture new opportunities.

Build and maintain trusted relationships with owners, plant managers, and decision‑makers.

Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and recommending the right Tingue solutions.

Represent Tingue at industry events, trade shows, and professional associations to strengthen brand presence.

Technical & Product Expertise

Develop deep knowledge of Tingue’s product portfolio, ensuring the sales team is equipped to demonstrate, sell, and (when necessary) support installation and servicing of equipment.

Be willing to “roll up your sleeves” to assist with hands‑on service and installation, occasionally outside normal business hours.

Business Management & Reporting

Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and territory performance to deliver actionable insights to senior management.

Oversee territory pricing strategies in alignment with company objectives.

Manage budget and resources effectively to maximize ROI.

Team Development

Recruit, onboard, and train top sales talent.

Facilitate ongoing skill development through training, mentoring, and performance reviews.
