Develop, evaluate, and enhance manufacturing methods. Optimize

workflow, workforce utilization, and production layouts

for maximum efficiency. Estimate

production times, staffing needs, and costs

to support key business decisions. Communicate

manufacturing capabilities, schedules, and process improvements . Work with vendors to determine

product specifications, tooling, and material needs . Oversee technical upgrades, equipment installations, and tooling implementations. Ensure all

health and safety reviews

are completed for new or modified equipment. Travel as needed for business purposes. What We're Looking For

Must be eligible to work in the USA without sponsorship for this role. This is an ITAR facility. Minimum Requirements

2-4 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience (Lean Manufacturing preferred). Hands‑on experience with sheet metal fabrication. Knowledge of repetitive and build‑to‑suit manufacturing methodologies. Experience managing projects and technical upgrades. Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering . Eligibility Requirements
