VP, Sales Distribution Beverage – South Business Unit
Position located in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities
Lead and develop the field execution DSD team across your assigned Business Unit.
Engage and support the distribution network to drive total points of distribution, weighted weeks of display, and other KPIs focused on strategic growth of the beverage portfolio within retail.
Execute retail, marketing, and promotional calendars.
Work closely with internal and distributor partner supply‑chain teams to ensure consistent inventory levels throughout the Business Unit.
Collaborate with internal and external teams (marketing, key account, finance, etc.) to deliver annual operating‑plan objectives.
Take P&L ownership.
Qualifications
10+ years of DSD beverage experience.
Strong background in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Experience with VIP, Margin Minder, Tableau, and Repsly a plus.
Acceptable travel – expected travel 50%+.
Emphasize excellence and encourage high energy level.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience managing and developing large teams.
Proven track record of turning insights into action and growth.
Pre‑existing relationship with distributor network across the assigned business unit is a strong plus (not required).
Bachelor's Degree (Masters Preferred).
Must live near a major airport.
