Senior Digital Producer
Join to apply for the Senior Digital Producer role at Tennis Channel.
Tennis Channel is seeking a Senior Digital Producer to lead the creation and execution of original long-form and short-form content across our digital platforms — with a primary focus on the Tennis Channel App and YouTube, and secondary support for day-to-day social video initiatives. This role blends creative production, team leadership, and strategic oversight — ideal for a dynamic storyteller who can produce across formats, manage multiple priorities, and help grow Tennis Channel’s digital footprint. The position is based in Santa Monica and currently requires being in-office 3-days/week for collaboration, production coordination, and team oversight.
In this role, you will:
Serve as the senior creative producer for digital-first long-form and short-form video content across the Tennis Channel App and YouTube + other social platforms like Instagram & TikTok
Act as branded content lead for Ad Sales integrations — from ideation to execution — ensuring deliverables align with client expectations and brand tone.
Function as field producer and on-site lead for shoots, managing logistics, talent, and production crews in collaboration with the broader digital and broadcast teams.
Support the Director of Digital Content in shaping and implementing overall digital content strategy and growth initiatives.
Manage and mentor a team of two editors, overseeing project timelines, creative execution, and delivery standards.
Partner with leadership on budget creation, management, and resource allocation across productions.
Collaborate cross-departmentally with Marketing, Ad Sales, and Programming to ensure consistent storytelling and brand alignment across platforms.
Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in digital video production, preferably in sports, entertainment, or media
Proven ability to produce across formats — from documentary-style long-form to social-first short-form
Experience managing teams and vendors in fast-paced, multi-project environments
Strong understanding of digital content trends, YouTube best practices, and branded content production
Excellent communication, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel for field productions as needed
Tennis Channel is proud to be equal opportunity employer and a drug free workplace. Employment practices will not be influenced or affected by virtue of an applicant's or employee's race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, gender identity, and sexual orientation), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, military or veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law.
The base salary compensation range for this role is $94,000 to $104,500. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
