Essential Functions

Analyzes, develops, and implements solutions for service-related issues for internal and external customers.

Coordinates projects and training initiatives for the workgroup and organization.

Leverages technical expertise in providing guidance to Air Expedite Team Members.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education High School/GED diploma required. Related experience may offset degree requirements and related education/degree may offset experience requirements.

Minimum Experience Five years of FedEx Express Air Expedite experience required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong Office 365 skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated problem solving, teamwork and human relations skills.

Preferred Qualifications Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Skilled at managing multiple systems and priorities in fast-paced settings. Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word). Experience in logistics, coordination, or planning preferred; customs/brokerage a plus. Excellent communication, customer service focus, attention to detail, organization, and a positive, growth-oriented attitude.

Pay Transparency Pay Pay Grade (SH27). Position not eligible for sponsorship.

Additional Details The desired location for this position would be Memphis, TN.
