This role focuses on designing and implementing enterprise-wide security solutions across cloud, network, endpoint, AI, and application environments.
Compensation & Location Pay Range:
$72.00 – $79.00 per hour (based on experience and internal equity)

Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled
Security Architect
to design and implement enterprise-wide security solutions spanning
cloud, network, endpoint, AI, and application environments.
This individual will serve as a domain expert, shaping the organization’s security posture by aligning technical controls with business goals, compliance frameworks, and emerging threats. The ideal candidate has deep technical knowledge, strong conceptual thinking, and a proven ability to drive collaboration across IT, business, and governance teams.
Key Responsibilities
Security Architecture & Design:
Develop secure architectures across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments that meet enterprise cybersecurity standards.
Cloud Security:
Define and implement security controls for IaaS/PaaS environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
AI Security:
Design and enforce secure AI system architectures, focusing on GenAI governance, data protection, and adversarial resilience.
Endpoint, Network & Application Security:
Oversee configurations, patching standards, and advanced network segmentation for threat containment.
Identity & Access Management:
Design and manage enterprise IAM, SSO, MFA, and privilege management solutions.
Threat Modeling & Risk Assessment:
Identify and mitigate cyber risks, assess vulnerabilities, and propose countermeasures across systems.
DevSecOps Integration:
Embed security principles into CI/CD pipelines, container security, and automated testing frameworks.
Cross-functional Leadership:
Partner with business units, infrastructure teams, and application architects to ensure secure-by-design implementation.
Governance, Risk & Compliance:
Ensure alignment with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA.
Security Advocacy:
Translate complex security concepts into actionable insights for executives and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of IT security experience, including architecture or engineering roles.
Strong knowledge of cloud, network, and application security principles.
Expertise in cyber risk assessment, IAM, DevSecOps, and data protection.
Hands‑on familiarity with container security, runtime protection, and secure image management.
Demonstrated understanding of AI/ML system security (model hardening, data governance, threat modeling).
Excellent analytical, conceptual, and communication skills — able to bridge technical and business perspectives.
Desired / Preferred Skills & Experience
Industry certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CCNP, or CISA.
Strong conceptual thinking and ability to architect large‑scale, resilient systems.
Experience with Big 4 consulting or equivalent enterprise security engagements.
Knowledge of incident response, digital forensics, and zero trust architecture.
Proven ability to develop and enforce enterprise‑wide security standards.
Stable work history with large‑scale enterprise organizations.
