Seeking an attorney to represent plaintiffs in employment law cases, managing matters from intake to resolution with strong courtroom and client exposure.
Responsibilities
Handle all phases of employment litigation under partner supervision Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions Conduct/defend depositions and appear in court, mediations, and arbitrations Communicate with clients and opposing counsel Develop case strategies Qualifications
1+ year of employment litigation experience Knowledge of wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, and wage/hour laws
