We are seeking experienced personal injury defense attorneys with 3–8 years of experience to join our team. The firm offers a hybrid schedule (2 remote days per week), a strong mentorship culture, and a collaborative team environment where attorneys handle a wide range of civil defense matters with direct client exposure and courtroom involvement.
Responsibilities
Handle a wide range of civil defense matters in personal injury defense.
Provide direct client exposure and courtroom involvement.
Collaborate with colleagues in a collegial, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in personal injury defense litigation.
Strong litigation skills and courtroom experience.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation $120,000 – $165,000 (++DOE) + Quarterly Bonuses @ 500 hours.
