What You’ll Do
Assist Project Managers with coordination, scheduling, procurement, and documentation
Review submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project drawings for accuracy and compliance
Track and manage equipment and material delivery schedules
Support jobsite coordination with field teams and subcontractors
Participate in project meetings and provide regular progress updates
Maintain project logs, reports, and documentation for internal and client use
Help ensure quality control and safety compliance on active job sites
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1‑3 years of experience in mechanical construction, HVAC, or plumbing preferred
Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and specifications
Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or Smartsheet is a plus
Willingness to travel to project sites across the DMV region
