Client Service Professional/Receptionist , you will greet clients, answer phones, match clients with the right tax professional, schedule appointments, ensure client needs are met in person, over the phone, or virtually, maintain office cleanliness, and perform other duties as assigned.

Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
Match clients the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
Schedule clients in their preferred format
Ensure all client needs have been met during service
Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
Other duties as assigned
Your Expertise
Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
Previous customer service experience
Ability to multi‑task
Strong organizational and time‑management skillsComputer proficient; able to use Microsoft Office
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Flexible schedule and/or ability to work in multiple locations
Sales/marketing experience (preferred)
