The Opportunity

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, with a main focus on net new client acquisition across the US.

Engage with C-level and legal decision-makers, navigating complex sales cycles and demonstrating the strategic value of the platform.

Partner with AMs, BDRs, and Marketing to develop and execute a winning strategy.

Play a key role in the company’s strategic push into the enterprise market, closing larger, multi-stakeholder deals.

Who You Are

5 – 7 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, ideally in a legal, governance, or compliance-related field.

Strong background in selling to Legal teams, GCs, Corporate Secretaries, and C-suite decision-makers.

Hunter mentality: Proactively self-source opportunities while also leveraging leads from the BDR team.

Exceptional consultative selling skills: Able to manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles and position value over price.

Open to a hybrid work model: 2-3 days in-office per week if in Wilmington, DE / Philadelphia area; 100% remote in US
