We're looking for a Senior Manager of Revenue Operations, Data & Insights to build and lead our data function across Sales Ops and Marketing Ops. This is a critical player / coach role reporting into the VP of Revenue Operations & Strategy, where you'll lay the foundation for a trusted, scalable, and insight-driven revenue data program.
You'll be responsible for building a high-performing team, owning reporting and analytics, and partnering closely with Finance and RevOps leadership to ensure board-level confidence in our data. This is a fully remote position open to candidates in the U.S. or Canada. They will be required to complete initial onboarding at our Concord, MA office.
What You’ll Own Data Strategy & Governance
Establish and enforce data accuracy, validation, and governance standards across Sales, Marketing, and GTM systems
Build a data dictionary and trusted "single source of truth" for revenue reporting
Drive adoption of consistent definitions (AQL, MQL, SQL, attribution, bow-tie funnel metrics) across GTM teams
Analytics, Reporting & Insights
Own end-to-end reporting for Sales Ops and Marketing Ops: pipeline, forecast, bookings, attribution, and campaign performance
Deliver evergreen, board-ready reporting in partnership with Finance
Provide proactive insights on trends, risks, and opportunities by identifying leading and lagging indicators
Build dashboards and scorecards that enable GTM leaders to take action on performance gaps
Deliver data-backed insights to inform process design and improvements, including bookings credit, add-ons, segment-level performance, and deal desk workflows
Forecasting & Revenue Process
Lead forecasting, pipeline reviews, and OKR tracking to drive accuracy and accountability
Partner with Sales Ops and Marketing Ops leaders to align reporting with GTM strategy
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for GTM and executive leadership
AI & Advanced Analytics
Evaluate, implement, and scale predictive AI and enrichment tools that improve forecasting, pipeline conversion, and data quality
Stand up AI-driven forecast scoring and usage / adoption KPIs to measure AI's impact on GTM workflows
Stay ahead of emerging BI and AI capabilities and bring forward tools that accelerate GTM performance
Tech Stack & Budget Management
Oversee BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Salesforce Analytics / Einstein) to ensure scalable, reliable reporting
Act as Salesforce Admin for data-related needs, with the ability to configure and troubleshoot when required
Partner with other RevOps teams to ensure full integration and efficiency across the GTM tech stack
Support the VP of RevOps & Strategy in managing the RevOps tech stack budget, evaluating vendor ROI, and building business cases for new investments
Revenue Growth Levers
Partner with Sales leadership to design, analyze, and measure sales contests, spiffs, and incentive programs
Provide reporting to ensure contests drive desired behaviors and ROI
Surface insights on which levers (pricing, campaigns, contests, enablement) most impact bookings growth
Segment-Level Reporting & Economics
Own segment taxonomy and CRM mapping standards to ensure consistent reporting across SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Hotels
Launch dashboards by segment for pipeline, conversion rates, CAC, and LTV : CAC
Partner with Finance to define CAC methodology and attribution rules for accurate customer economics
Funnel Conversion & Lifecycle Optimization
Build SLA compliance reporting across Marketing ? Sales ? CS
Deliver insights into funnel bottlenecks and handoffs with clear benchmarks for improvement
Extend visibility across the full bow-tie funnel, including expansion, renewal, and upsell performance
Annual Planning & Board Support
Deliver scenario modeling, forecast analytics, and board-ready data packs to support annual planning, QBRs, and SKO
Provide proactive recommendations to explain pipeline trends, conversion shifts, and bookings performance
Team Leadership
Build and mentor a high-performing data and insights team
Serve as a player / coachhands-on with analysis while developing talent around you
Create a culture of trust, precision, and curiosity in how data is used to drive decisions
What We’re Looking For
710+ years in Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, or Data & Insights roles within B2B SaaS or tech
Proven experience building trusted, reliable reporting functions across Sales Ops and Marketing Ops
Strong command of Salesforce, including Salesforce Admin certification (or equivalent experience)
Expertise with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Salesforce Analytics / Einstein) and enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, Clearbit, etc.)
Demonstrated success in forecasting, scenario planning, and pipeline analytics
Ability to evaluate and implement predictive AI and automation tools for GTM teams
Strong credibility with GTM leaders and Finance; able to partner cross-functionally to influence outcomes
Hands‑on leader with experience building and coaching high‑performing teams

Base Compensation Range $145,000 - $160,000 annually
Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition.
