Harley-Davidson Motor Company invites you to join our team as a Lead Sales and Operations Planning professional. In this hybrid role based in Junea, you will be driving global sales and operations planning for motorcycles, parts, accessories, and general merchandise.

Job Summary The Lead Sales and Operations Planning role provides influential leadership for global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) across our motorcycle, parts, and accessories businesses. You will lead project teams to develop integrated worldwide retail and wholesale forecasts, inventory and production plans, and ensure alignment with corporate volume growth objectives.

Job Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and improve S&OP processes, standardize work and planning calendars, and create performance metrics and meeting agendas.

Analyze worldwide retail sales, wholesale shipments, inventory (company and dealer), and production plans in all markets.

Develop processes to align sales and inventory levels with global sales and finance strategies.

Implement change‑management initiatives to enhance the influence of retail analysis and planning on corporate objectives.

Establish best practices and metrics to track the health of the S&OP process.

Support continuous‑improvement projects and manage short‑and‑long‑range S&OP goals and policies.

Education Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Experience Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of related experience.

Experience in supply‑chain forecasting, project management, meeting facilitation, and business process development.

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Strong data‑analysis abilities with a problem‑to‑solution mindset.

Capacity to produce quality materials within tight deadlines and manage multiple concurrent projects.

Preferred

Experience with change‑management initiatives.

Knowledge of motorcycle, parts & accessories, general merchandise, and licensed product categories.

Benefits and Compensation Competitive salary range: $104,900–$157,200. Comprehensive benefits include annual bonus programs, health insurance, 401(k), onsite fitness centers, employee discounts, and more. Domestic relocation assistance is available.
