Opportunity We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Solution Architect with a strong background in

product development

to lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and innovative technology solutions. This role bridges business strategy and technical execution, driving architecture decisions and guiding engineering teams through the full product lifecycle.

What Your Impact Will Be

Architect end-to-end solutions for complex product development initiatives that meet business goals and technical requirements.

Document design documents with component relationships, dependencies at a cross‑portfolio level, integrations, logical data model, etc. on platforms like Windchill, Oracle, OCI, GCP, etc.

Define and maintain architecture blueprints, technical roadmaps, and solution patterns across multiple products.

Drive technical innovation and best practices in system design, performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.

Collaborate closely with product managers, engineering leads, and stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into scalable technical designs.

Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and impact analysis of new or existing systems.

Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and frameworks to support product development.

Act as a key contributor to long‑term product and platform strategies, aligning with business and enterprise architecture goals.

Lead proof‑of‑concepts (POCs) and technical feasibility assessments for new product ideas or integrations.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

10+ years of experience

in software development and architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architect role.

Deep experience with

cloud platforms (GCP and Oracle Fusion)

and

microservices architecture .

Strong expertise and having done multiple implementations of PLM, PIM and Product MDMs — to be able to architect a composable, flexible Product Management stack.

Strong knowledge in the following technical areas:

Integrations with Confluent KAFKA, GCP & GBQ, Oracle OCI, etc.

Oracle platforms:

Oracle Agile PLM

Oracle ERP

Oracle Fusion Cloud

Oracle Cloud Product Data Hub

PTC Windchill

Knowledge of PDM and CAD tools, including SolidWorks, AutoCAD, AlienBrain, etc., ADF Frameworks, Workflow — Business Process Management (BPM)

Reports — Development of BI Publisher Reports

Data Loading — FDBI, HCM Data loaders

PL/SQL — Queries & creating stored procedures

Strong understanding of cloud computing, microservices architecture, and containerization is preferred.

Strong understanding of cloud PaaS, preferably Oracle Cloud, is preferred.

Having Oracle Certification is a plus.

10‑25% travel required.
