Western Digital seeks an experienced People Analytics Partner to lead data-driven workforce insights, partnering with HR and business leaders to inform talent strategy, workforce planning, and employee experience. Key Responsibilities

Serve as primary analytics partner to HR and business leaders, translating challenges into solutions. Provide insights and recommendations on talent strategy, workforce planning, retention, and employee experience. Build strong relationships with HRBPs, COEs, and leadership teams to align on priorities. Advise, present to, and partner with senior executives as a thought leader. Develop dashboards, reports, and analyses on workforce metrics (attrition, DEI, engagement, recruiting, performance). Translate complex data into actionable insights with storytelling and visualization. Deliver executive-ready materials connecting people data to business outcomes. Partner with analytics and technical teams to ensure data accuracy and maintain reliable insights. Use statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and forecasting to identify workforce risks and opportunities. Partner with HR Technology and Data teams to enhance data quality, governance, and reporting. Lead initiatives to evolve people analytics from descriptive to predictive and prescriptive insights. Guide stakeholders in building a data-driven culture and drive adoption of self-service analytics platforms. Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business, Data Analytics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Statistics, or related field. Experience: 6+ years in People Analytics, HR Analytics, Workforce Planning, or related fields. Technical: Strong expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Visier), Advanced Excel, SQL or Python/R; understanding of HR systems such as Workday and SuccessFactors. Business & Consulting: Ability to translate data into business insights, strong stakeholder management, influencing, storytelling, and partnering with senior leaders to drive data-informed decisions. Salary range may vary based on education, experience, performance, location, and business needs. Eligible for overtime, shift differential, and various incentive plans (STI, SIP, LTI).
