Purchasing & Supply Chain Administrative (m/f/d)
We are seeking a Purchasing & Supply Chain Administrative (m/f/d) whose main focus is to support the bike production process through efficient purchasing and logistics administration. This role is ideal for a diligent and organized person who enjoys handling orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Responsibilities
Manage the administrative purchasing process from order to delivery Work with Bills of Materials (BOM) to ensure all parts required for bike production are ordered on time Create and process purchase orders, enter them into the system, and track them until delivery Coordinate logistics steps such as shipments, deliveries, and customs clearance Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time and accurate delivery Maintain and update purchasing data and documentation in the system Monitor lead times and stock levels, and proactively report potential delays or shortages Support the supply chain team in ensuring a smooth production flowThe Profile We are looking for an efficient and detail-oriented professional who combines structure, accuracy, and reliability.
As a professional, you: Have 2–3 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain administration (ideally in a production or manufacturing environment) Are very organized, diligent, and precise in your follow-up Have experience working with Bills of Materials (BOM) or ERP systems Know bike components and suppliers in the industry (a plus) Communicate fluently in English or French; additional languages are an advantage Thrive in a hands-on, fast-moving environment Have a sense of ownership and responsibility for your work Are solution-oriented and proactive in handling challenges What is offered
