About the Role The Public Relations Assistant will provide essential day-to-day support to the U.S.-based Public Relations team, assisting with PR campaigns, influencer activations, event logistics, and media tracking across multiple brands. This individual will play a key role in helping execute PR strategies, track campaign performance, coordinate product shipments, manage invoices, and ensure smooth collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

This role reports to the Americas PR Managers and works closely with other members of the PR team across North America and LATAM.

top agency or in-house fashion PR team.

Key Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day execution and recap of PR and influencer campaigns.

Reconcile and process invoices; assist with finance tracking and budget management.

Oversee product inventory, shipments, and logistics related to media and influencer seeding.

Schedule meetings, prepare materials, and capture detailed meeting notes.

Create and review comprehensive Excel trackers and PowerPoint presentations.

Assist in developing brand-specific PR plans and support their implementation in local markets.

Ensure accurate press and social coverage tracking using DMR and Companion.

Contribute to the development of PR materials such as press releases, media alerts, and talking points.

Liaise with agency partners across North America and LATAM, managing asset distribution and gathering campaign recaps.

Provide general administrative and operational support to PR team members as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Media, or Business.

1–2 years

of PR experience, preferably in

fashion, accessories, or luxury

industries.

Prior

agency or in-house

PR experience strongly preferred.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Proficiency in

Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong initiative and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Interest in PR, media, and influencer landscapes.

Preferred Experience

Exposure to

luxury fashion communications

through agencies such as KCD Worldwide, PR Consulting, Karla Otto, DLX, The Lede.

Experience using

DMR ,

CreatorIQ , or similar tracking and influencer management platforms.
