Base pay range Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Dutch Appointment Setter, based in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a flexible hybrid working model! In this crucial role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and setting appointments for our sales team.
Your ability to communicate effectively in Dutch will be essential in engaging prospects and fostering relationships. As an Appointment Setter, you will utilize your excellent communication skills to connect with leads through various channels, including phone calls and emails. Your role is vital in contributing to our growth and success by ensuring that our sales team has qualified appointments to pursue.
Responsibilities
Contact potential clients in Dutch to introduce our services and schedule appointments
Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system
Qualify leads and gather necessary information for the sales team
Follow up with prospects to ensure appointments are confirmed
Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and adjust outreach strategies accordingly
Report on appointment-setting metrics and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Stay informed about industry trends and our service offerings to effectively communicate with prospects
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
Experience in telemarketing or appointment setting is a plus
Strong communication and persuasive skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid working environment
Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Motivated and target-driven personality with a passion for achieving results
