Location: Delray Beach / Boca Raton, FL (Hybrid – mix of in‑person and remote work)
Compensation: $55,000–$70,000 base + performance bonus

Position Overview This is a unique hybrid role combining elements of executive and project coordination, media and podcast production, marketing and investor communications. You’ll work directly with Vik Mittal, Meteora’s Managing Member, gaining firsthand exposure to the inner workings of a hedge fund while also helping manage the firm’s finance‑focused podcast and digital brand.
What You’ll Do
Manage and prioritize the Managing Member’s calendar, emails, and project workflow.
Help organize firm‑wide initiatives and coordinate across investment, operations, and marketing teams.
Support Meteora’s finance podcast by scheduling guests, preparing interview questions, and assisting with on‑camera hosting and production.
Contribute to marketing materials, investor presentations, and social media content.
Assist with occasional personal or real estate coordination (e.g., property scheduling or vendor management).
Who You Are
A recent graduate or senior at FAU (or another local university) with a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Highly organized and proactive — someone who takes initiative and thrives in fast‑paced settings.
Charismatic, well‑spoken, and comfortable on camera.
Interested in finance, business strategy, and digital media.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace tools.
Able to work partly from home but available for in‑person meetings and projects in Delray Beach / Boca Raton.
Holds a valid driver’s license and can manage local errands or travel as needed.
