About the Role As a CBRE Workplace Experience Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for delivering a world‑class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building. This role is part of the Workplace Experience function, ensuring clients and visitors receive exceptional service.
What You’ll Do
First point of contact for all entering the facility: greet warmly, issue visitor and parking passes, and follow security protocols.
Provide professional telephone service and address inquiries for various‑sized groups.
Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor.
Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed; coordinate workplace services including mail, office supply deliveries, and onboarding.
Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co‑workers; provide solutions in a customer‑service‑driven manner.
Organize and manage on‑site events: secure space, set up/tear down rooms, and deliver supplies.
Follow property‑specific security and emergency procedures; notify appropriate parties to ensure building safety.
Coordinate with vendors supplying services or goods.
Explain detailed or complicated information within the team; follow directions from management.
Perform tasks using existing procedures, solve straightforward problems, and exercise limited discretion.
What You’ll Need
High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job‑related experience.
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
Clear communication skills for exchanging straightforward information.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
A minimum of 3‑4 years of front desk, concierge, or hospitality experience.
Open and flexible work schedules.
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions; ask clarifying questions.
Capacity to present information to internal departments or large groups.
Comfortable engaging with new people, assessing circumstances, empathizing, and offering help.
High attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication.
Physical ability to walk, stand, reach, bend, stoop, push/pull, and lift up to 40 lbs.
