– AMIRI is seeking a charismatic Sales Supervisor for its retail store at Short Hills Mall. The role focuses on delivering quality client service, serving as a positive role model, and helping management achieve store sales and maximize profitability through effective team supervision.
Duties
Achieve and exceed individual Sales Goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Sales Volume, Units per Transaction (UPT), and Average Dollar per Transaction (ADT).
Maintain a strong drive for results with a positive, team‑first attitude.
Ensure a welcoming client‑focused environment, providing best‑in‑class service in person, over the phone, and via electronic communication.
Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and engage clients through the craftsmanship and narratives of products.
Partner with store and corporate management to resolve client issues for the benefit of the business.
Participate in floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping as needed.
Assist in preparing, packing, and wrapping merchandise upon request.
Conduct inventory and cycle counts and protect boutique assets by following operating procedures.
Keyholder duties, including opening and closing procedures.
Requirements
2+ years of retail sales and/or client service experience in a luxury consumer goods environment.
Strong communication, organization, and follow‑through skills to build lasting relationships.
Drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
Excellent customer service across all mediums (in‑person, written, phone).
Accurate reading, counting, and writing for all transactions.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast‑paced environment.
Flexible shift availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Proficiency operating all necessary equipment (phones, cash register, computers).
Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
