Responsibilities
Schedule meetings and appointments
Organize office operations and procedures
Provide general support to visitors
Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, hardware, and travel arrangements)
Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services
Plan in-house or off-site activities such as parties, celebrations, and conferences
Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, and shopping
Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills
Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Job Highlights
Temporary for an estimated 3-6 months
On-site in Palo Alto, CA 4x per, and once a week in San Francisco office
Have at least 1-2 years of office operations/administrative experience
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably multi-national company or teams
Outgoing and energetic personality with a keen eye for detail
Compensation
$26.95 – $27.5 /hour Pay Rate
