Responsibilities

Lead a team of compassionate clinicians, overseeing all rehabilitation services at the facility.

Provide direct patient care while ensuring the highest standards of rehabilitation services.

Mentor and grow clinical staff, designing, implementing, and executing programs that restore and enhance patient abilities.

Support collaboration and referrals to optimize patient outcomes.

Adapt to the needs of patients, staff, and the environment, maintaining a positive work atmosphere.

Qualifications

Degree in a rehabilitation discipline (PT, OT, PTA, COTA, SLP) required.

Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.

Excellent knowledge of Medicare and third‑party billing.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to make independent decisions and solve problems effectively.

Knowledge of all state practice acts.

Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with personnel, patients, residents, families, visitors, and government agencies.

Strong leadership and staff motivation abilities.

Job Details Full‑time | Senior level | Health Care Provider | Salary: $75,000 – $108,000 per year | Bonus: $10,000 sign‑on | Relocation assistance available.
