Position Summary A leading financial institution is seeking experienced and results-driven
Project Managers
to support strategic initiatives within its
Commercial Banking portfolio . These contract roles will be instrumental in guiding projects from initial investment request through charter development, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and regulatory expectations.
This is a
hands-on role
requiring strong execution capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of commercial banking operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead projects through the
Technology Investment Request (TIR)
process to formal charter approval.
Facilitate
discovery ,
cost analysis , and
project scoping
in partnership with business and technology teams.
Manage multiple concurrent initiatives across:
Lending
Deposits
Payments
Online banking platforms
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project documentation, estimates, and governance requirements.
Support the enterprise change framework and strategic execution standards.
Required Qualifications
4–10 years of experience as a
Project Manager
in
commercial banking
or financial services.
Proven ability to lead complex projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills, including cost modeling and business case development.
Familiarity with
Salesforce ,
loan origination systems , and digital banking platforms is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
