About the Role Franki's Sales team is seeking a Business Development Representative (Franchise), focused on generating new business opportunities for Franki's franchise and enterprise sales team. As a fully outbound prospecting role, the BDR will be responsible for identifying, researching, and engaging multi-location restaurant brands, franchise groups, and enterprise prospects to book qualified meetings for the franchise sales team.
Note: Candidates residing in our preferred locations will be given first consideration; California, Illinois, Texas.
What you’ll do:
Research and identify high-potential franchise and enterprise accounts.
Execute multi-channel outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest and book qualified meetings for the franchise sales team.
Qualify leads and ensure alignment with ideal customer profiles.
Schedule discovery calls and seamlessly hand off prospects to senior sales reps.
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
Track outreach activities, booked meetings, and lead progress.
Generate consistent outbound volume to support pipeline goals.
Use Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage workflows, outreach cadences, and lead generation.
Continuously improve outreach effectiveness through data and feedback.
Uphold Franki’s values of curiosity, grit, and transparency.
Collaborate with peers and leadership to improve outreach strategies and team performance.
You’re a good fit if you have..
Bachelor’s degree or ample outbound sales experience
1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in sales or business development.
Comfortable working remotely and independently.
Proficiency in G-suite products and email communication.
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Nav or similar sales CRM systems.
Bonus points if you have...
Outbound sales experience, ideally in the hospitality sector.
Located in or familiar with Southern California market is a plus
Remote work:
Our team works remotely across the US but primarily PST time zone; we travel together several times a year for company kick-offs and mid-year meetings.
PTO:
15 days per year, plus additional PTO between Christmas and the end of the year (25th Dec - 31st Dec). Additionally, we recognize 11 public holidays per year.
Medical, dental & vision:
We cover 100% of Medical, Vision, and Dental.
Equipment:
Computer & technology equipment applicable to your role.
Monthly Stipend:
