Job Summary

The Program Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operations, and success of the program. This includes recruiting, training, and supervising staff, ensuring high‑quality services and client care, and maintaining compliance with agency policies, licensing requirements and funding guidelines. Responsibilities

Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff to effectively meet program needs by utilizing the strengths and skills of qualified team members. Establish clear, measurable goals that encourage professional growth and maintain the agency’s high standards of performance. Oversee day‑to‑day program operations, ensuring compliance with facility standards, licensing regulations, and contractual obligations. Manage staff schedules and balance workloads to support effective and efficient program delivery. Communicate program updates, progress, and needs clearly and consistently, both verbally and through formal and informal written reports. Foster team cohesion through collaborative problem‑solving. Ensure all communications accurately reflect the mission and values of A New Leaf. Build and maintain strong working relationships with support departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness in meeting shared goals and deadlines. Qualifications

Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Experience: One year of experience in a management or supervisory role is preferred, but not required. Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness or economic hardship is preferred. Strong knowledge of community resources. Proven experience in planning and coordinating events and schedules. Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening abilities. Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment. Working Conditions / Physical Requirements

Primarily office‑based work with travel to client homes, meetings, and site visits. Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer. Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs. for materials or office supplies. Exposure to typical office equipment, such as computers, phones, and printers. Ability to manage multiple tasks and cases. Must be able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client and team interactions. Compliance Requirements

Must be at least 25 years of age. Class One Fingerprint Clearance Card. DCS Central Registry Background Check. Drug Screening. TB Test (depending on program). CPR/First Aid Certification. Therapeutic Options Training (depending on program). Valid unrestricted driver’s license. Current auto liability insurance. 39‑month motor vehicle record. Adhere to all organizational policies, including the Code of Conduct, professional standards, and relevant regulations. A New Leaf is an at‑will employer.
