Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Join TEKsystems as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. This role focuses on assisting workers’ compensation claimants with scheduling diagnostic and outpatient therapy services, communicating with clinics, doctors’ offices, insurance carriers, and claimants via phone, email, fax, and text.
Responsibilities
Contact workers’ comp claimants to schedule diagnostic or outpatient therapy services.
Communicate with diagnostic imaging centers, outpatient therapy providers, work comp claimants, and insurance carriers to ensure prompt scheduling.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate records using Outlook and other programs.
Meet production and quality performance standards.
Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of professional customer service experience.
Minimum 6 months of experience meeting set performance standards (production and quality).
Typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
Bilingual in Spanish.
Located in Central or Eastern time zone.
Prior call center customer service experience preferred.
Job Type & Location Contract to Hire position based out of Des Moines, IA. Fully remote.
Pay and Benefits Pay range: $17.00 – $17.00 per hour.
