We are looking for a
Logistics Coordinator
to manage the day‑to‑day flow of materials, shipments, and documentation supporting our production and R&D operations. This role is central to ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly—from coordinating international shipments to maintaining accurate inventory and compliance records. Key Responsibilities
Shipping & Receiving
Coordinate all domestic and international shipments (FedEx, DHL, UPS, freight forwarders) Prepare and verify export/import documentation (commercial invoices, HS codes, ECCN, COO) Ensure proper packaging of sensitive RF components (ESD‑safe, moisture protection, labeling) Track and update shipment status; communicate delays or issues Inventory & Warehouse Management
Maintain accurate inventory records in Google Sheets or ERP system Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies Organize component storage, labeling, and handling of received goods Process RMAs (Return Material Authorizations) and manage returned items Support purchasing by tracking open orders and delivery schedules Verify incoming goods against purchase orders and specifications Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to resolve logistics issues Documentation & Compliance
Maintain shipping records and inspection logs for ISO 9001 audits Ensure compliance with U.S. export control regulations (ITAR/EAR) Coordinate with QA for incoming inspection documentation and COA management Cross‑Department Support
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet project timelines Support prototype shipments to customers and international partners Communicate effectively with finance and management on freight costs and invoice verification Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or business administration 1–3 years of experience in logistics, inventory, or warehouse coordination Familiarity with export/import documentation and compliance Proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel) and digital workflow tools (Make.com, HubSpot, or similar) Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across departments Why Join SuperApex
