Position Summary
As a Tire and Battery Center Services Lead you will drive member service in your area and supervise your team of hourly associates to deliver safe and efficient services. You will model expertise in the Tire and Battery Center and work collaboratively with other team leaders to ensure the club meets member expectations.
Responsibilities
Lead the team within the Tire and Battery Center to deliver on the business plan and contribute to overall club success.
Communicate department goals, set guidelines and expectations for tire and battery service, execute company programs, adhere to policies, and advocate for members, associates, and the company.
Maintain in‑depth knowledge of floor safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, tire recalls, product specifications, and seasonality to ensure consistent performance.
Share knowledge, train the team, and ensure they are equipped with new products and technologies.
Leverage digital tools and handheld technology to make business decisions related to services, safety alerts, new product information, and training.
Act as an owner: drive business results, maintain a neat, clean, and safe work area, plan orders of equipment and supplies, monitor returns and special orders, assist with staffing and scheduling, operate cash registers, and work hands‑on in the physical area when required.
Maintain accurate inventory, audit safety and compliance standards, complete paperwork, logs, and documentation, and model a commitment to member service.
Train and mentor the team, monitor e‑learning completion, develop skill sets, encourage career growth, and source new talent internally and externally.
Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners to develop and implement processes that meet business needs, analyze information, and identify improvement opportunities.
Promote and support compliance with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity; assist management with correcting ethical and compliance issues; lead and participate in teams using resources, information, and tools.
Respect diversity, build strong relationships, communicate with impact, motivate and influence, mentor others, and hold others accountable.

The hourly wage range for this position is $20.00 to $28.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
Minimum Qualifications
6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in the automotive industry.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must successfully complete all required job training and assessments within a prescribed time period.
Preferred Qualifications
Supervisory experience.
Tire industry experience.
Tire industry certification (Certificate).
