Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) . This senior executive will guide the company’s people and culture strategy, overseeing all aspects of human resources while shaping the next phase of organizational growth. The role offers high visibility and impact, requiring a leader who is equally comfortable setting strategic direction and driving execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Collaborate with the executive leadership team to align people strategy with business objectives, including organizational design, leadership development, and succession planning.
Build efficient, scalable HR programs spanning recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
Develop and lead a lean, high-performing HR team that supports a geographically distributed workforce.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support M&A integration, change management, and ongoing organizational evolution.
Leverage HR systems and analytics to monitor key performance indicators and present actionable insights to leadership.
Oversee total rewards, compliance, benefits, and employee relations, ensuring consistency, fairness, and adherence to all regulations.
Foster a culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and purpose.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification.
15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with exposure to professional services or private equity–sponsored organizations.
Demonstrated ability to establish HR infrastructure and processes for multi-site operations.
Deep understanding of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices.
Track record of success leading talent strategy, culture initiatives, and organizational development.
Skilled in HR technology and data-driven reporting (Paylocity experience a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; trusted advisor to senior executives.
Experience guiding teams through integration, growth, or transformational change.
