Support senior partners in client interactions and strategic deal decisions.
Ideal Candidate
2019 or 2020 JD graduate with strong academic credentials.
Demonstrated interest in corporate/M&A law and general transactional work.
Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Collaborative mindset with eagerness for early client interaction and career development.
