You will support HR operations by coordinating interviews, training sessions and onboarding logistics, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and new hires. Provides administrative support across HR Centers of Excellence and contributes to process improvements and data accuracy within HR systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinates and schedules candidate interviews and Learning & Development training sessions, ensuring a smooth experience for all participants
Manages and monitors pre-employment and new hire onboarding workflows, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all required steps
Oversees onboarding logistics, including pre-employment testing, IT equipment requests and documentation handling
Coordinates and leads new hire orientation sessions in collaboration with Field HR partners.
Prepares and issues employee identification badges for new hires Provides administrative support to HR Centers of Excellence, including Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement initiatives Other related duties

QUALIFICATIONS 1+ years of Administrative or HR support experience, preferably in Talent Acquisition or Onboarding.
Administrative Assistants encouraged to apply.
Associate’s degree from a two-year college in Human Resources Management or related field. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
Ability to manage multiple schedules, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely completion of onboarding and training processes.
Ensures accuracy in documentation, data entry and HR system updates.
Strong verbal and written communication for coordinating with candidates, HR partners and internal teams.
Comfortable using HRIS systems and scheduling tools in Microsoft Office for managing onboarding tasks.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
High sense of urgency to meet business needs and provide positive experiences for candidates and new hires throughout the onboarding process.
Ability to support process improvements and resolve logistical or administrative challenges efficiently.
