Retail Sales Consultant – Carpentersville, IL – Bilingual/Spanish
Join Millennium Wireless Technology, Inc. as a Retail Sales Consultant. This full‑time role focuses on serving customers in Spanish and English across multiple retail locations in the region.
Salary & Compensation Base pay:
$37,305.00 – $92,290.00
(variable based on experience). Unlimited commission potential. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Short & Long Term Disability, and 401(k).
Responsibilities You will receive a flexible full-time schedule designed to give you work‑life harmony while providing the best times to interact with customers and earn the money you deserve.
Responsibilities include:
Assist customers in choosing products, services, and upgrades.
Execute sales transactions using POS and activation systems.
Maintain store appearance, inventory, and cleanliness.
Participate in assessment and training required by MWT.
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent; BS/BA Preferred.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Minimum of 1 year proven work history in Retail Sales or a customer‑facing role.
Physical capacity to work 40+ hours per week, stand, travel to events, and perform setup/tear down.
