What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Drive customer outcomes and value through digital engagements and personalized interactions

Manage renewal outcomes for a large customer portfolio, including forecasting and contract negotiation

Empower customers to become self-sufficient champions of the employer's services

Monitor customer health and usage metrics to proactively address potential risks

Design and execute engagement programs that drive product adoption and value realization

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Customer Success role with direct renewal responsibilities

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with diverse audiences

Self-motivated with a strong ability to work in a dynamic and ambiguous environment

Proven ability to balance competing priorities and support organizational goals

Fluency in German or French is required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, Google Suite, Zendesk, or Tableau

Background in Cybersecurity or Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) is a plus
