The Bar Manager will oversee Monduel's Bar operations and manage our full-service food and beverage outlet on a daily basis. A snapshot of the ideal candidate's responsibilities include guest satisfaction and compliance with standards, recruiting, leading and training of staff, scheduling, and payroll. The ideal candidate must possess proficient computer skills and point of sales systems. A minimum of 5 years of food and beverage or bar supervisory experience is preferred for this position. This role will report to our Director of Food & Beverage.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
Must be able to stand for long periods
Ability to lift and carry moderate weight
Must have good communication skills in English, knowledge of Spanish helpful
