Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Amara Resort and Spa in Sedona, AZ. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations of the dining establishment, ensuring exceptional service and a memorable guest experience. Responsibilities include managing customer satisfaction, supervising staff, maintaining food and beverage quality, and assisting with hiring processes. Collaboration with the culinary team and adherence to operational standards will also be key requirements of the role.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction management
Skills in Hiring and team supervision
Strong Communication abilities, both verbal and written
Experience in Food & Beverage operation and management
Organizational and leadership skills
Knowledge of hospitality industry standards is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
