Overview We are partnering with a

family oriented law firm in Manchester, NH

that values community involvement and a strong team culture. They are seeking a

full-time Litigation Legal Assistant

to support up to five attorneys across multiple practice areas, including litigation. This role offers the chance to be part of a collaborative, people-centered environment where professional growth and team-building are a priority.

Location: Manchester

Schedule: 8-5 Monday - Friday

Pay: 55,000-70,000 Depending on experience

Once Trained - 1 day a week remote

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, revise, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and forms

Assemble closing binders and assist with document management

Support billing processes and maintain accurate time and expense records

Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and depositions

Handle court and agency filings, including e-filing

Process incoming and outgoing mail and maintain organized client and case files

Perform general administrative duties and other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, preferably with litigation experience

Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills

Familiarity with legal terminology, procedures, and document formatting

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Excellent communication and multitasking skills
