Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Owings Mills, MD. This role is eligible for a $7,500 ramp stipend for clinicians offering 25+ hours of availability per week.

What We’re Looking For
Providers willing to see 25+ sessions per week
Behavioral health generalists (open to seeing couples/children)
Clinicians who value autonomy and also enjoy being part of a team
Those interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles
Strong character: integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care
Qualifications
Active and unrestricted LCSW‑C in Maryland
Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided
Compensation Up to $98,900, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
What We Provide
$7,500 ramp stipend for 25+ clinical hours per week
Guaranteed bi‑weekly pay (no reimbursement delays)
Paid orientation and annual pay increases
PTO and flexible scheduling (7 am–10 pm, 7 days/week)
No‑show protection and caseload build within 90 days of credentialing
Credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support
