The Department of Pediatrics at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and The Division of Cardiology at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago seek a full‑time non‑tenure‑eligible Clinician‑Educator at the rank of Instructor, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor.

Responsibilities include serving as an attending physician in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, performing diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures for patients with congenital and acquired heart disease. The position involves performing complex catheterization procedures including device closures, balloon angioplasty, stent placement, valve interventions, and hybrid procedures. The candidate will supervise and train cardiology fellows in catheterization techniques, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and collaborate on clinical research projects. Opportunities exist for clinical research and collaboration through the Stanley Manne Children’s Research Institute of Chicago.

Qualified candidates will have an M.D. or D.O. and be eligible for an Illinois medical license. Qualifications include Board Certification/Board Eligibility in Pediatric Cardiology and completion of advanced training in interventional cardiac catheterization. Applicants should have completed a categorical fellowship in Pediatric Cardiology with demonstrated expertise in interventional catheterization procedures.

The start date is negotiable and the position will remain open until filled.

The expected base pay range for this position is $268,548–$482,000.
