We are looking for a motivated Team Lead Business Development (m/f/d) – Remote in Germany to help people achieve more sport and health with EGYM Wellpass. You will contribute to positioning companies as attractive employers, promoting agility, and reducing absenteeism. Seize your chance and become part of an ambitious and motivated Sales team now. You take the lead of a remote team of 3–4 BDRs and SDRs across Germany, which you will continue to grow and develop through coaching and targeted support You are responsible for steering outbound and cold-acquisition activities to identify and approach new business customers You develop the sales strategy, optimize presentation approaches, and support your team in successfully positioning our solution with customers You continuously analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities You organize and conduct events to strengthen customer loyalty and build new business relationships You work closely with the Business Development Team from France to align cross-country strategies You regularly create reports and analyses on team performance and KPIs Your fitness level
You have at least two years of leadership experience, ideally in Business Development or across the full sales cycle You have extensive experience in B2B sales, including hands-on work as a BDR and know the challenges of new customer acquisition firsthand You know the most important Sales KPIs and can successfully steer your team based on them An initial "No" doesn't stop you – you know how to handle objections and have the persistence to convince potential customers of the added value of our product You are used to working with sales tools like Salesforce (or similar) For your next career step, you personally want to sell a product that is meaningful and change the fitness market with us You have fluent German and strong English skills, both spoken and written Your training goal for your first 6 months
You learned the internal processes and tools that help you to be productive in your daily work (Salesforce, PipeLaunch, LinkedIn, AirCall, Slack, Tableau, etc.) You started to take an active role in scaling the team and optimizing processes, contributing to a more efficient and structured way of working as the organization grows You built a good relationship with all departments and get to know our culture of collaboration You gained a comprehensive overview of the activities in your team and support them in all matters The equipment we provide
