TowerPinkster, an innovative architecture, engineering, and interior design firm based in the Midwest with offices in Michigan, Indiana, and Kentucky, is looking for a talented Project Manager. Project Managers oversee projects from conception through construction and completion, ensuring the project meets design requirements, schedule, contractual obligations, and budget goals. Responsibilities include understanding project scope, planning, organizing, leading the team, and controlling project execution, with a focus on profitability, client satisfaction, and business development. This position is based in Kalamazoo or Grand Rapids, Michigan. POSITION EXPECTATIONS + RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate on fee proposals, negotiations, and team selection. Assist in developing project fees based on various factors. Lead proposal development, scope definition, and contract preparation. Coordinate with design and technical teams, including outside consultants. Create and manage the Project Management Plan. Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, tracking changes and performance. Conduct meetings, monitor workload, and ensure project profitability. Negotiate additional services and conduct site visits as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. OUR CULTURE

Participate in business development, marketing, and client interviews. Collaborate with clients on project planning and scope. MENTORSHIP & LEADERSHIP

Coordinate training and guide team members’ growth. Monitor quality control and promote firm visibility and relationships. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in architecture; master’s and AIA license preferred. 10+ years of experience in architecture and project management. Knowledge of building components, standards, codes, and construction practices. Revit/AutoCAD experience preferred. WHAT WE OFFER
