Facilities Manager.
Working on a small high functioning team, this role will oversee the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and strategic development of SemiGen’s manufacturing and office facilities. This role ensures that all infrastructure supports business continuity, employee safety, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects across cleanroom environments and precision manufacturing spaces. As Facilities manager your duties and responsibilities would be: Oversee general facility operations, including HVAC, electrical systems, security, plumbing, and cleanroom maintenance Coordinate routine inspections and preventative maintenance schedules for critical facility equipment and systems Manage vendor relationships and contracts for building services and repairs Support EH&S (Environmental Health & Safety) compliance, including OSHA and facility-specific safety protocols Develop and maintain emergency response procedures and security protocols Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to align facility support with production goals Prepare and manage facility budgets, forecasting maintenance costs and capital improvements Ensure workspace organization and cleanliness standards are maintained across production areas Support facility-related upgrades, expansions, and relocation planning as needed We are looking for someone who has:
Advanced mechanical skills and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC and other building systems Proficiency with repair tools and techniques Minimum 5+ years of facilities management experience in a manufacturing or technical environment Knowledge of cleanroom protocols and semiconductor or electronics manufacturing preferred Familiarity with OSHA standards, building codes, and environmental regulations Strong project management and budgeting skills Excellent communication, vendor negotiation, and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) a plus If you are looking to find a company that has a culture of growth and development where you can really make a difference, then SemiGen is the place for you.
