Project management and design of land (site) development, including commercial and residential design and permitting for water, sewer, grading, erosion control, and storm drainage. Ensure all aspects of the project are followed through to completion, including client meetings, relationship building, project team communication, budget monitoring, progress tracking, and A/R collections. Conduct preliminary evaluations, prepare reports, write proposals, produce design drawings, prepare technical specifications, and submit permit submittals for civil engineering projects. Manage a multidisciplinary team. What You Need
Bachelor of Science in Civil or Environmental Engineering. Preferred NC Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain one quickly through reciprocity. Proven track record of project performance and 5‑10 years of experience in land (site) development. Excellent people skills, strong oral and written communication, sound business sense, and high levels of persuasiveness and social aptitude when dealing with clients. What Will Make You Stand Out
