Position Overview Expert Technical Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Salesforce Integration) to lead several key enterprise integration initiatives. This is a hands‑on role responsible for driving project execution across multiple systems, teams, and vendors. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in CRM and ERP integration—particularly with Salesforce, NetSuite, and ServiceMax—and excel at coordinating complex, multi‑stream technical projects.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end‑to‑end project management for three major integration workstreams:

Salesforce: Consolidation into a single, unified corporate environment.

NetSuite: Upgrades supporting POC tracking and milestone billing.

ServiceMax: Process redesign to shift proposal creation workflows into Salesforce.

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross‑team dependencies across business units and vendors.

Lead planning, governance, and execution to align all integration efforts with corporate strategy.

Conduct regular project status updates, risk reviews, and executive summaries.

Drive alignment between technical and business stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of objectives, progress, and success metrics.

Develop and maintain detailed project artifacts including schedules, resource plans, RAID logs, and progress dashboards.

Ensure deliverables meet defined scope, quality standards, and integration timelines.

Identify, track, and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple systems.

Oversee testing cycles and change management coordination across internal teams.

Prepare and present recurring project updates to leadership and steering committees.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience managing multi‑vendor, multi‑system integration projects.

Strong scheduling, coordination, and dependency management abilities.

Experience leading Salesforce, NetSuite, and ServiceMax implementation or integration projects.

Proficiency with Smartsheet or other enterprise project management tools.

Ability to manage both technical and business workstreams concurrently.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

PMP certification or equivalent experience a plus.
