$27.88 based on skills and experience. Position Summary
The Faculty Affairs and Engagement Office in the Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine & Science invites applications for a part-time Coordinator. The Coordinator for Global Health and Special Projects will be responsible for coordinating the logistics for RFU Global Health, CMS Global Health Electives, and Community Health Electives in the CMS Faculty Affairs and Engagement Office. This position will also assist the Vice Dean for Faculty Affairs and Engagement with accreditation reporting, surveys regarding Global Health, and other projects as assigned. Benefits

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Global Health
Coordinate all administrative processes and procedures for CMS Global Health electives, including application tracking and paperwork, communication about requirements, and maintaining student files Manage projects from creation through completion and coordinate resources and materials Coordinate all administrative logistics for CMS Community Health coursework and maintain student files related to course participation Accreditation
Assists the Vice Dean for Faculty Affairs and Engagement by collecting data and drafting summary reports for LCME accreditation reporting Oversees processes for ensuring data is collected, tracked, and reported out in an accurate and efficient way Surveys
Creates and manages all program surveys in collaboration with faculty and staff Other duties as assigned Conditions of Employment
Must achieve satisfactory results from a background check, pre‑employment drug screen and a general physical Required Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience Three to five years of experience working in an administrative setting Customer/Student service experience Must achieve background check clearance Preferred Qualifications
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills Willingness to keep abreast of new technology and update skills Strong familiarity with technology including MS Office, Google apps, etc Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as a member of a team Strong planning/organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines Attention to detail Typical Physical Demands & Working Conditions
