Healthcare Quality Advisor
– Federal Express Corporation. Supports management of healthcare quality assurance for internal and external stakeholders. Provides guidance, drives continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with quality standards. Essential Functions
Plans, organizes, and directs quality management processes within the Healthcare Quality Organization. Provides guidance, support, and advice to multiple internal/external customers regarding effective management of business healthcare quality assurance. Manages customer relationships to ensure alignment with quality expectations and proactively address compliance requirements. Project manages and oversees the conceptualization, planning, design, implementation, and support of quality assurance processes, systems, and quality technology solutions. Evaluates and monitors healthcare quality processes and systems to identify areas for continuous improvement and transformation ensuring global excellence. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in healthcare quality or safety, transportation, business, information systems, computer science, science or other quantitative discipline. Minimum Experience
Five years’ minimum experience in healthcare quality within manufacturing, laboratories, distribution, or closely related experience, including business, transportation, logistics or supply chain management. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proficient Office 365 skills. Strong basic management, human relations, project management, analytical and communication skills. Leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills. Ability to train, communicate and present clearly, orally and in written form to all business levels. Collaboration with business areas, systems users, and technical developers. Knowledge in regulatory documentation compliance expectations. Preferred Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of Good Distribution Practice and/or Good Manufacturing Practice. Experience driving Quality Assurance through supplier management, customer relationship, deviation management, continuous improvement. Experience in cross‑functional team collaboration. Strong problem‑solving skills with expertise in deviation management, CAPA & root cause analysis. Excellent communication for customer engagement and internal leadership reporting. Job Conditions
