The Art Director will lead Dairy Boy’s visual identity across all creative touchpoints — from campaigns and storytelling to packaging, retail environments, and digital content.
You’ll work closely with Creative Director Paige Lorenze to evolve and expand the brand’s visual world, ensuring every expression of Dairy Boy feels consistent, elevated, and emotionally resonant.
This is a hands‑on, high‑agency role on a small, fast‑moving team where ideas quickly become real. You’ll concept, direct, and execute creative work across mediums — shaping how Dairy Boy looks and feels in both digital and physical space, from our online presence to real‑world experiences like pop‑ups, collaborations, and retail activations.
Responsibilities
Lead the visual direction of Dairy Boy across campaigns, retail, packaging, and digital channels.
Work directly with Paige to bring creative ideas to life, contributing your own perspective and evolving the brand aesthetic.
Concept and art direct photoshoots, campaigns, and seasonal brand moments — from casting through post‑production.
Manage and mentor a creative team, ensuring thoughtful, consistent execution across all assets.
Create and direct assets for social, email, web, packaging, retail, and partnerships.
Develop and maintain clear visual guidelines, references, and systems to ensure brand cohesion.
Collaborate across marketing, product, and production teams to ensure creative intent is aligned with strategy.
Stay tapped into fashion, design, and cultural trends to continuously push the brand forward.
Qualifications
4–6+ years of experience in art direction, graphic design, or visual communication (fashion, lifestyle, or CPG preferred).
Strong creative vision, with the confidence to propose and lead new ideas.
Deep understanding of visual storytelling, photography, and campaign development.
Expert‑level ability in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
Strong understanding of social media aesthetics and digital storytelling.
Experience leading creative teams or projects with high visual standards.
Independent, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated, with strong communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Ideal Candidate You’re a builder — equal parts creator and curator. You care deeply about craft, but also about pace. You thrive in small, ambitious teams where good ideas become real projects overnight. You protect the brand’s DNA while finding new ways to express it.
You bring both an editorial eye and a designer’s discipline — and you want to grow with a brand that’s still defining its visual language, with real ownership over that evolution.
